Returns Policy
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from BrassGate.com, simply return the purchased item within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping and handling costs).


Return Policies
  • Merchandise must be in new and unused condition to be acceptable for refund.
  • The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging.
  • All non-defective returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
  • All returns must be returned to BrassGate.com freight  PREPAID regardless of reason.
  • Refunds will be in the original form of payment.
  • Refunds will NOT be accepted after 30 days after sale regardless of reason. PLEASE READ EXCEPTIONS BELOW.
  • All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RA) number issued by BrassGate.com.  Products returned without this authorization number will be refused.

Customers are responsible for the following return fees:
  1. Return shipping charges
  2. 15% restocking fee
Important:  All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable


Return Instructions
  1. Send an email to customerservice@brassgate.com stating you would like to return your merchandise.
  2. We will then send you an email with an RA number and instructions to follow for returning your merchandise
  3. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN YOUR MERCHANDISE PRIOR TO RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS FROM US FIRST.  THIS WILL ONLY DELAY IN GETTING A QUICK REFUND.

No Exchanges
BrassGate.com does not process exchanges.  If you would like a different item, please return your original merchandise and place a new order.


Defective Products
Defective products can be returned to BrassGate.com within 30 days of sale.  After 30 days the defective product must be returned to the manufacturer under the specific warranty allowances.  Please email us at customerservice@brassgate.com if you have any questions.


Damages
All damage claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.  Please email us at customerservice@brassgate.com immediately if your merchandise is damaged.  Usually damages are the responsibility of the carriers.  BrassGate.com will handle all damage claims with the carrier.  Please save all packaging in the event the carrier wishes to inspect the packaging.


Return Exceptions
Special orders or closeouts are not eligible for return.  There may also be other items that manufacturers will not allow BrassGate.com to return.

Toners for copiers, printers, and fax machines that have been installed cannot be returned.  If the toner is defective, it will be up to you to work with the manufacturer to resolve the problem.  Please email us at customerservice@brassgate.com if you have any questions.
